About Radiance RLX
What is Radiance RLX?
A place to understand the patterns behind stress, like overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing and burnout, and to interrupt them with short, practical tools. RLX stands for Radiance Reset Experience.
Who’s behind it?
Radiance RLX started a couple of years ago as a yoga website. After losing the original sites, it was rebuilt around the struggles that get brushed off as normal. Read the story.
Is this therapy?
No. Radiance RLX offers education and self-help tools. It isn’t therapy, medical advice or a diagnosis, and it doesn’t replace a licensed professional.
Why are you against “just breathe”?
We’re not against breathing. We’re against advice that skips the why. When you understand the pattern, the tools make sense and you’re more likely to keep using them.
Is it really free?
Yes. The resets, reflections, Pattern Check and Reset Kit are free, and the app will be too.
Using the tools
Where should I start?
Take the Pattern Check. It takes about two minutes and points you to the reset and reflection for your top two patterns. Or begin at Start Here.
How long does a reset take?
Under three minutes. They’re built for the moment a loop starts, not for a weekly hour-long session.
What if meditation isn’t my thing?
That’s fine. The resets are short and practical: you listen, follow one simple step and get back to your day. No special posture, no perfect quiet required.
Can I download the resets?
Not yet. For now you can play them on the 3-Minute Resets page. Radiance RLX is also on Spotify and YouTube.
Are there resets for every pattern?
All seven are live now, one for each pattern: overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, imposter syndrome, self-sabotage and boundaries. For longer guided sessions, see our Spotify show and YouTube channel.
Patterns
How do I know which pattern I have?
The Pattern Check is a good starting point. It’s a self-check, not a diagnosis, so treat the result as a place to look rather than a label.
Can I have more than one?
Most people do. Perfectionism, overthinking and people-pleasing often travel together, and they tend to lead to burnout. See how the patterns connect.
Your privacy
Do you save my Pattern Check answers or what I write in a reflection?
No. Both run entirely in your browser. Nothing is stored or sent to us, and closing the tab clears it.
Do I need an account?
No. Nothing on the site needs an account. The Reset Kit only asks for an email address.
The Reset Kit and email
Is the Reset Kit free?
Yes. Sign up with your email and the kit arrives in your inbox.
How often will you email me?
No more than once a week, and you can unsubscribe with one click.
The app
Is there an app?
It’s in the works: your resets and reflections on your phone, working offline. It will be free. Join the waitlist.
